Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked pears with juice, chopped slightly
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. sifted self rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine or butter in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
    Heat pears, sugar and lemon juice until very warm.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and milk until well blended and pour over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with cool whip or evaporated milk.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
