Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans white turkey or chicken
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    diced celery
    diced onion
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese with mixer.
    Drain turkey or chicken and tear up with hands.
    Add a few diced onions and celery.
    Shape into a ball or loaf and cover with chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
