Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine last 8 ingredients in glass dish.
    Trim off all fat from meat.
    Slice into 1/8-inch pieces.
    Marinate in dish overnight.
    Lay strips on broiler pan.
    Cook in oven on lowest temperature possible.
    Crack open oven door for about 4 to 6 hours. Taste occasionally for doneness.
    Cool in airtight plastic bag or jar with a tight lid.
