Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. (No. 1 can) crushed pineapple (with liquid)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add carrots and pineapple. Sift the dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Include nut meats.
    Do not overbeat.
    Bake in well-greased angel food pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
