Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef brisket
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    liquid smoke
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Using at least a tablespoon of each salt, rub into both sides of roast.
    Place meat in heavy plastic Ziploc bag.
    Pour half bottle of liquid smoke; Ziploc it.
    Keep turned at least 4 times during 24 hour period.
    Refrigerate during 24 hours.
    Drain meat, place in baking dish pouring approximately 1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce over meat.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Slice diagonally to serve.
