Lasagna Florentine(This Can Be Prepared In Advance And Refrigerated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (12 oz.)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain
    uncooked
    spinach
    on
    paper towels.
    Meanwhile, cook ground
    beef
    and onion in skillet until beef is browned. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and pepper. Cover and
    simmer 15 minutes.
    Mix together spinach, 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon
    salt.
    Set
    aside.
    Combine cottage cheese and 1 egg. Mix well.
    Set aside.
