Sour Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large red apple, cored and cubed
    12 dates, pitted and cut into slices
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    12 maraschino cherries, sliced
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce.
    Toss gently.
    Chill 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 8.
