Imperial Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 to 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (this depends on intensity of spice you desire)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add crab meat carefully so as not to break up crab lumps.
Put in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
