Celery-Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped celery and leaves
1/4 c. rice
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine celery, rice, onion, salt and pepper with water in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Add milk and butter.
Heat until butter is melted.
