Grandmom B'S Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    6 to 8 slices cubed bread
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Italian cheeses
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casing and fry in butter or oil.
    Add celery, onion and garlic to sausage; cook approximately 1/2 hour. Beat eggs and cheese together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir egg mix to sausage mix and cook until eggs solidify.
    If too dry, add 1/2 cup chicken broth.
    If too wet, add bread crumbs or more bread cubes.
