Mrs. Louise Moore'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold water
1 c. white cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix water, cornmeal and salt.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then stir in milk, eggs and butter.
Mix well.
Pour in heated, well-greased casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until top is firm and well browned.
If you have any leftovers, it is good warmed with butter on top.
