Family Style Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 3 breast pieces, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and chopped up
    celery and onion to taste, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix (reserve approximately 1/3 for topping)
Preparation
    Combine and mix all ingredients; place in a greased large Pyrex dish.
    Then sprinkle the other 1/3 of stuffing mix on top. Then sprinkle some of the chicken broth over the stuffing mix or you can sprinkle water.
    (Just something to make it a little bit moist.)
