Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg (medium)
    1/2 eggshell water or less
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with fork.
    Flour board.
    Knead dough on floured surface until right texture (not sticky or too dry).
    This is where more flour may be added.
    Roll out dough with floured rolling pin, adding flour as you go so it doesn't stick to board or pin.
    Roll as thin as possible, will be circle 16 to 18-inches. Air dry just a little while, if needed.
    Start at edge and roll up before it gets crackly.
    Cut into thin strips, then spread strips out flat to dry.
    Store in food bags in refrigerator.
    Cook in boiling water, test for doneness.
