Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 well beaten eggs
    3 c. cut rhubarb
    1 plain pastry top and bottom
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and margarine.
    Add eggs; beat smooth.
    Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pie pan.
    Top with other pastry.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
