Bacon And Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bacon slices, cooked
4 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook, peel and mash potatoes. Add buttermilk and butter; mash again.
Add chives.
Top with bacon.
