Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked beef
    1 large clove garlic, peeled
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. beef broth
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed (3 c.)
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Combine beef, garlic, onion and rosemary.
    Chop until fine in a food processor (or by hand).
    Melt the butter in a skillet and stir in the flour.
    Cook for a few minutes until smooth and blended.
    Slowly add the beef broth. Stir and cook until gravy is thickened, cooking at least 5 minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste.
