Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion
1 green pepper
dash of Tabasco
dash of Worcestershire sauce
paprika
lemon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, add crabmeat that has been sprinkled with 1/2 lemon; put in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves about 25 people.
