Cinnamon-Nut Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. presifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Blend flour and cinnamon. Stir into mix.
Pat into 10 x 15-inch greased pan.
Beat water and egg white until frothy.
Brush over dough in pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into small 1 x 3-inch bars.
Makes 50 cookies.
