Mini Pumpkin Muffin Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 cup raisins or sweetened dried cranberries or chopped nuts (optional)
    1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin puree
Preparation
    To make mix: Combine all ingredients except pumpkin in a large bowl.
    Pour into a 1 quart, resealable plastic bag: seal. Wrap bag and can of pumpkin in fabric; tie with ribbon or twine.
