Cinnamon Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf sandwich bread, crusts removed and rolled flat
1 egg yolk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks melted margarine or butter
sugar and cinnamon for rolling
Preparation

Mix beaten egg yolk, softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar together.
Spread on flattened sandwich bread.
Roll up each slice of sandwich bread and then roll in melted butter and then roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
(About 1 cup sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons cinnamon.)
These have to be completely frozen before baking so, after rolling up a batch, lay them out on a sheet of foil; cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and top with more roll ups.
Repeat process until all of the bread is used.
Freeze overnight or until you plan to bake them.
