Stir-Fry Chicken Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken or lean beef, sliced thin and cut into bite-size pieces or strips
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced or canned
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen peas or pea pods
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute (optional)
    2 tsp. chicken or beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Marinate chicken or beef for 5 to 15 minutes, longer if desired.
