Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. instant active yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water.
    Add 3 cups sugar.
    In mixer bowl, beat egg, oil and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Add salt and 4 cups flour.
    By hand, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Shape into 24 rolls.
    Put in greased pans.
    Let rise about 2 hours.
    Bake about 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
