Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, separated
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, beaten egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Press 1 can rolls in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
    Flatten other can of rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
    Beat egg whites and brush on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Watch for top to brown.
