Steak Diane(Steak In Chive Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (6 oz.) boneless steaks, filet or sirloin
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. chopped chives or shallots
2 Tbsp. cognac
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. beef or chicken stock
Preparation

Place meat on a hard flat surface.
Pound meat with mallet until about 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of butter until very hot. Sear steak in hot fat, but do not overcook.
