Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 c. milk
    12 carrots
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 slices bread
    1 bun
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter, then add flour. Mix until paste, then add 2 cups milk and cook until thick.
    Have 12 carrots, sliced longways, already cooked in salted water until tender.
    Butter a casserole dish.
