Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can beer
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 to 6 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine water,\tbeer
and oil in saucepan; heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Set\taside.\tCombine
2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add beer mixture; beat 5 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
Stir enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
