Quick New England Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. honey
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 (15 oz.) cans small white beans, drained
Preparation

In a skillet, saute bacon and onion until onion is tender; remove from heat.
Stir in honey, mustard, salt and cayenne.
Mix together with beans in a 2-quart covered baking dish.
Cover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until honey mixture is absorbed.
Makes 8 servings.
