Salmon Salad Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ripe olives
2 c. (large can) red salmon
2 c. shredded raw carrots
1 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. pickle relish
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
few drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. plain gelatin (1/2 tsp. more in hot weather)
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine olives, salmon, carrot, celery, relish, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco sauce.
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water.
Blend cottage cheese with mayonnaise.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Combine with olive-vegetable mixture and blend well.
Pour into mold and chill.
Unmold onto platter and garnish with salad greens.
