Apple Butter In Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

11 c. Apple Sauce
1 c. Vinegar
1 tsp. Cloves
1/4 tsp. Allspice
4 c. Sugar
2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation

Put in roaster pan mixing all ingredients well.
Set oven at 300 degrees.
Cook for 3 to 6 hours or until thick.
Stir every 45 minutes or more.
