Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate and cool.
Combine sugar, oil, vanilla and melted chocolate.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Beat until well combined.
Cover and chill until dough can be handled.
Using 1 tablespoon dough, shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are firm and slightly browned.
Don't overcook! Remove and dip tops in powdered sugar again.
Cool on wire rack.
