Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small mushrooms (whole)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. red or balsamic vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or crushed clove
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and drain.
    Put all other ingredients in saucepan.
    Mix to blend.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover and boil for 5 minutes.
    Leave covered until cool.
    Refrigerate overnight.
