Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    3/4 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Drain squash and mash.
    Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 1-quart dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
