Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/4 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, chopped fine
2 tsp. oil
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation

In small bowl, mix at medium speed egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar until mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form; set aside.
