Mom'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry (for 2 crust pie)
1 can sliced apples, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except butter.
Turn
apple
mix
into
pastry
lined pie plate. Dot with butter and
cover with top crust.
Make slits for steam to escape; seal edges.
Bake
in
425\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes or until crust
is
golden
brown.
