Scallops And Linguine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops*
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, diced
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk or light cream
2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. tomato, basil linguine or other pasta of choice
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine
Preparation

Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic and onions in frying pan.
Saute until tender.
Spice to taste (basil, freshly ground pepper and seasoning salt).
Mix by shaking milk and cornstarch. Add to onion mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add rinsed scallops. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add wine.
Simmer.
Pour over cooked linguine.
