Red Velvet Cake I - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) white cake mix
1 (2.4 oz.) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 oz. red food coloring
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on low speed to blend, then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Divide batter between 3 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
