Julie'S Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ham loaf
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    dash of pepper
    1 c. low-sodium cracker crumbs
    1 c. brown sugar
    scant 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard or 1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and form into balls.
    Place into 11 x 13 jelly roll pan.
    Mix and pour over balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes.
    Turn halfway through cooking.
    Spoon juice from pan over ham balls before returning to the oven.
