Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 mashed bananas
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Stir in sugar, vanilla, eggs and bananas. Chop nuts and add to mixture. Add flour and stir well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 2 loaf pans until spongy on top.
