Low-Fat Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up fine
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1/2 pkg. smoked turkey, cut in small pieces (90% fat-free)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Put over white rice.
    Delicious and quick.
    Makes 2 generous helpings.
