Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white chocolate bark (3 sq.)
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt bark and water.
Let stand to cool.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and white bark, then add dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Fold in coconut and pecans.
