Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. fresh strawberries
    2 c. apple juice
    plain yogurt
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, puree 4 cups of strawberries. Add apple juice and blend for 1 minute.
    Pour soup into bowls. Top each serving with a dollop of yogurt.
    Slice the remaining strawberries and add before serving.
    Makes 14 small servings.
