Corn Bread Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Grease large iron skillet.
    Sprinkle a little cornmeal in bottom.
    Brown in oven.
    Pour mixture into skillet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
