Quick Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In blender, mix the egg, garlic, oil and vinegar.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add parsley.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
