Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 half skinless boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 bay leaves, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    1 can tomato paste
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts in oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in pan for about 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
