Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pea beans, cleaned and rinsed
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 c. ketchup (if desired)
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Parboil beans for 2 minutes.
    Set aside and let set for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Bring
    2
    quarts
    of
    water\tto
    a boil.
    Add beans, salt pork, onion and mixture in crock-pot.
    Cover beans with boiling water.
    Set on high and bake until tender.
