Povitica(A Croatian Nut Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening or butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 envelopes yeast
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients as you would bread dough.
    Knead well. When dough doubles in size once, cover kitchen table with cloth (pin corners tightly to table).
    Sprinkle cloth very lightly with flour.
    Put dough on it and pull out, with hands under dough, until it stretches to proper thickness.
    Spread filling over dough.
    Lift two corners of cloth and roll in jelly roll fashion.
