Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crumbs - enough to cover bottom of pan
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 lb. Cream Cheese
1 pt. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
-
Grease a spring form pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into greased pan.
Do not pre-heat oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Leave in oven until cool.
