Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bell pepper, ground and drained of water
    1/4 c. hot pepper, ground with seeds
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    food coloring (as desired)
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
    Cook for 1 minute longer.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Certo and coloring; stir well.
    Let set for 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    Yield: 2 to 3 pints.
