Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced peaches
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine the peaches with 1 cup of sugar.
Let stand.
Put the batter in a 2-quart casserole.
Place in the oven to melt. Combine the remaining sugar, flour and milk.
Pour this over the melted butter.
Do not stir.
Spoon the peaches on top of the batter.
Do not stir.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Any kind of fruit can be used in this cobbler, fresh or canned.
