Meatball Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can carrots
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Soften bread in milk. Stir. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Mix. Add ground beef; mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in flour and brown.
    Drain off excess fat. Add tomato juice, water, carrots (drained), salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
